ABOUT THE ARTIST
Krista Lyn Fränck is a multidisciplinary artist whose creative journey is rooted in a rich blend of formal education, personal inspiration, and diverse artistic experiences. She holds a BFA in Interior Design from the prestigious O’More College of Design, where she also honed her skills in architectural rendering. Prior to that, she studied fine art and graphic design at The Art Institute in Nashville. Her artistic foundation was further shaped by her grandmother, a master watercolorist in Louisiana, who introduced her to painting techniques that remain a cherished influence in her work.
Krista’s practice spans a variety of mediums, including acrylic ink, acrylic paint, mixed media, watercolor, digital painting, alcohol ink, and photography. Drawing inspiration from abstract expressionism, cubism, and minimalism, her work explores bold forms, vibrant colors, and subtle details. Her travels overseas and participation in art shows in Nashville and Columbus have further deepened her connection to the universal language of art and expanded her creative horizons.
